Clemens Berger, Dipl.-Ing. Maschinenbau, Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. has extensive international experience, including as CEO, board member and business unit manager in leading system and automation groups such as KRONES AG, KÖRBER AG, BOSCH GmbH and ROLLS-ROYCE POWER SYSTEMS AG.
He was responsible for business areas with sales of over two billion euros for complex plants and systems in several industries, most recently in mobility and energy technology. He is familiar with the challenges of energy transformation for the industry and the energy sector from factory, plant, process and energy technology projects that he has realised worldwide.

After completing his studies, he worked as a founding partner and managing director of various companies in the energy and real estate sectors. In joint ventures with energy suppliers, he has established a leading company in the contracting and energy efficiency sectors. After ten years, he successfully sold this subsidiary to a listed corporation.
Gerhard Stierstorfer has been an architect specialising in renewable energies for over 25 years and is managing partner of the BIBER Holding group of companies.
